7把菠蘿汁,細砂糖,麥芽糖放鍋裏,大火煮開後轉小火,不斷攪拌直到糖完全溶解

8將冬瓜蓉和菠蘿包蓉倒入鍋裏,用小火慢慢翻炒,炒到水分變少,餡就慢慢成型9炒好鳳梨餡盛出來放在碗裏,冷卻後使用

10鳳梨酥皮制作步驟:黃油軟化,加入糖粉用電動打蛋器打發

11加入雞蛋,繼續打發至雞蛋與黃油完全融合

12再加入過篩的低筋面粉,奶粉

13用刮刀拌勻,使粉類和黃油完全混合,拌成酥皮面團

14根據制作鳳梨酥聯翔餅店大小,將面團和餡料按1:1比例稱重,綠豆椪取一塊面團揉成圓形,用手壓扁,放上一塊鳳梨餡15將面皮包住餡捏緊,包好的面團放致模具裏把它壓平,使面團在模具裏定型

16做好的鳳梨酥放入烤盤

17放入預熱好的烤箱,上火160度,月餅下火140度烤15分鍾左右即可

18烤到金黃色
