10鳳梨酥皮制作步驟：黃油軟化，加入糖粉用電動打蛋器打發

11加入雞蛋，繼續打發至雞蛋與黃油完全融合

12再加入過篩的低筋面粉，奶粉

13用刮刀拌勻，使粉類和黃油完全混合，拌成酥皮面團
